As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, educator, and public
speaker, I have helped individuals find simple ways to succeed in facing
life's most complex challenges for over twenty years.

My counseling interests include women's wellness; couples’ intimacy,
conflict, and communication; and stress turnaround.

I offer EMDR, Interactive Guided Imagery, and other somatic techniques with
an integrative approach.
